BOL (bill of lading) – документ, в котором отслеживается состояние груза, и является основанием для оплаты.

Статус груза в документе/приложении BOL (bill of lading):

НОВЫЙ ГРУЗ

Как только груз был назначен, водитель должен связаться с клиентом по телефону, уточнить готов ли груз к загрузке, и сообщить ему о времени, когда он прибудет на загрузку.

ЗАГРУЖЕН

Как только водитель загрузил груз, необходимо эту информацию сообщить клиенту на доставку. А также сообщить примерное время прибытия, и попросить подготовить платеж.

ДОСТАВЛЯЕТСЯ

Рекомендуется в процессе отправлять клиенту обновления по времени прибытия. Обычно используют сокращение ETA (estimated time of arrival). Обновление по времени прибытия можно отправлять в текстовом сообщении.

Если груз забирался у частника или с небольшой дилерской, то отправьте сообщение о том, что их груз был доставлен. Поблагодарите за предоставленную работу и пожелайте хорошего дня.

ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ НАБОР РЕЧЕВЫХ МОДУЛЕЙ

1. Assign:

You have to call the customer for pick up:

–           Hello, my name is …. I’m one of the drivers for [название вашей компании]. Can I go and pick up the car tomorrow between 3-5pm? Will the car be ready for the pick up?

You have to call the Broker:

–           Hello, my name is …. I’m one of the drivers for [название вашей компании]. My order number is: ….   I’m going to pick up the car tomorrow and will deliver it from CA to NY.

I have already talked to the customer and let them know that I will pick up the car.

Now you call the customer to whom you deliver:

–           Hello, my name is …. I got your order today. I will pick up your car tomorrow and I will arrive approximately 3 days later. I will be in contact with you during the delivery and let you know if anything happens.

–           Let me know if you had to wait too long for the delivery.

2. Pick up: (duplicate everything)

Call the customer who gets the car:

–           Hello, my name is ….  I called you    yesterday about the pick-up of your car. I have your car loaded into my trailer (or: now I picked up your car) everything is okay I will arrive approximately in 2 days (or: if you will deliver in a few hours: my estimated arriving time is….)

–           and you can see my real time location, just click on this link:

Call the Broker:

–           Hello, my name is [your name]. I’m one of the drivers of [your company name]. My order number is: [your order number]. I just wanted to let you know your car was loaded successfully into the trailer, everything is ok. I’m on my way right now and will deliver the car in 2 days. I’m in contact with the customer and she/he knows as well that everything is okay.

–           I can give you my real time location if you would like to see it.

3.  Driving: (text message updates)

Same message to the customer and to the broker as well:

–           Hello, my name is [your name]. I’m the driver of [your company name]. I’m still on my way. I’m in Georgia right now and 1500 miles left to the customer. I’m planning to arrive on Tuesday between 3-7 pm.

4.  Delivery:

To customer:

–           Thank you for being able to deliver your car today.

–           or: thank you for having the opportunity to deliver your car.

–           or: thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to deliver your car today.

–           or: thank you for choosing [название вашей компании] It was my pleasure to work for you. (if they choose the company)

–           or: thank you for your business it was my pleasure to help you.

5.  After the delivery: (optional)

Take a selfie with the car and with the customer only if the customer agrees.

Call to the Broker:

–           Hey I’m [your name].  I just delivered [your order number]. Everything is okay. The customer got the car and was very satisfied and happy. We took a selfie. I’m going to send you the picture right now.
